Once you're feeling centered, massage your belly in gentle circles with both hands. Start at the bottom of your belly and work your way up. Focus on the area just below your ribcage, as this is where the heart and womb connection is strongest.


As you massage, visualize love flowing from your heart into your womb. Imagine that the love is growing stronger until it fills up your entire body. Take a few more deep breaths and hold the visualization for as long as you like. When you're finished, show gratitude to yourself for caring for yourself and the baby. Talking while making eye contact with your belly can also initiate a connection.

Take this time to connect with your baby and create a safe and relaxed atmosphere for them to grow into. It will be an experience you will remember for the rest of your life.
