Nidhi has hands-on startup experience and scaling businesses built on the back of strong insights into consumer and human behaviour. A serial entrepreneur by nature, she built India's largest study abroad test preparation company from scratch. She has also India's largest solar off-grid portable company from scratch along with running one of India's upcoming Babycare brands. Nidhi was ranked India's top 30 under 30 by India Today in 2011.She has multifaceted interests and is an active catalyst for driving values-based leadership at a larger professional and societal level.

Dr. Urvashi Sehgal is the Founder and Director of Phoenix Hospital, New Delhi. She has been a Gynaecologist for the last 30+ years with a special interest in IVF and high-risk pregnancy. Dr. Urvashi pioneered Water Birthing in India, having delivered India’s 1st water baby in 2007. Besides Phoenix, she is a visiting consultant in Apollo, Apollo Cradle, Fortis La Femme & Rosewalk in New Delhi and is a recipient of the President’s Gold Medal (MBBS) as well as the ‘Distinguished Service Award’ from Indian Medical Association.

Dr. Ameet Dhurandhar

Dr. Ameet Dhurandhar is an obstetricians and Gynecologist (M.D.D.G.O.) and a trained Water Birthing and Hypnobirthing practitioner. He is amongst the first few Obstetricians in India to conduct water births and hydro births and the first to conduct a natural, pain free childbirth under hypnosis in Mumbai (HypnoBirthing). He is a firm supporter of natural drug free childbirth and believes women are created and designed to birth naturally, therefore when left alone in a stress free environment (under supervision), can do so without much medical interference.

His area of speciality in obstetrics is Water birth, Hypnobirthing, Vaginal birth after Cesarean (VBAC), Gentle birthing (drug free), and Infertility.
